Course Overview
Human Resources Management (HRM) plays very important role as a driving force for the success of the business. Thus, effective human resource management is needed to be in place. HR for Non-HR training deals with the HR issues that many managers and supervisors are expected to deal with as part of their jobs. It introduces human resource concepts and covers the key areas of recruitment, employee training and development, performance reviews, discipline and termination as well as related concepts like compensation and benefits and labor laws.

Course Objectives
After the training participants will be able to:
