Course Overview
Employees are naturally concerned about the performance evaluation process since it involves judgment of their effectiveness. Managers often dread the process as well.  It is a heavy responsibility to evaluate a person’s performance for the record, and the process often seems booby-trapped with opportunities to violate guidelines.  With these fears and concerns in mind, we have developed a Performance Management Training program that focuses on providing specific strategies for managers and employees, which are easy to use, and easy to learn.

Understand factors involve in performance management and performance management cycle
Understand the objective of performance appraisal and its importance
Able to set SMART Objectives
Understand the roles of manager and staff in the performance appraisal
Use 360 Degree Feedback as a performance appraisal tool
Monitor progress of staff performance and provide on-going feedback
Acquire skills in giving and receiving performance feedback
Use the skill will matrix in motivating their staff
Use coaching skill to improve staff performance
Create Performance Development Plan and Performance Improvement Plan
